HEALING LOST HEARTS® Parenting the Alienated Child – From Prevention to Reunification Comprehensive 7-Week Parent Education Program

Based on Parenting the Alienated Child: Reconnecting with Lost Hearts by Loretta Maase, M.A., LPC

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

When your child rejects you, traditional parenting advice often fails, intensifying pain in impossible situations where professionals may not grasp the dynamics.

The challenge with parental alienation lies in its deeply counter-intuitive nature: it demands not only a solid understanding of child development, but also insight into complex family dynamics—particularly triangulation and subtle, hard-to-detect forms of manipulation—that often elude conventional perspectives.

Healing Lost Hearts® is specifically designed for parents facing rejection, resistance, parental alienation, or high-conflict dynamics—offering evidence-based education, practical strategies, and expert guidance to re-empower you as the parent. By shifting focus to what you can control—your own responses, boundaries, emotional regulation, and child-centered parenting—you reclaim steady, authoritative leadership even when your child has become over-empowered or developmentally out of balance due to the alienation process. This approach restores your parental effectiveness, reduces chaos, and creates the stability your child needs most, regardless of their current resistance or the other parent’s influence.

Unlike generic classes, this program addresses the unique complexities of a child psychologically influenced to reject a parent, caught in loyalty conflicts, or experiencing relationship disruption. The core philosophy: Focus on what you control—strong, steady, child-centered parenting with clarity over chaos and integrity over outcomes—without forcing reunification or guaranteeing results.

Note: Participants are required to purchase the book Parenting the Alienated Child: Reconnecting with Lost Hearts separately (available via major retailers or the author’s website). The book serves as the foundational text for the program and is essential for full participation and reference throughout the 7 weeks.
